Job Purpose:

Access Strategies is a business that works closely with various functions within the organization and platform that helps bring key events such as overseas roadshows, institutional client meetings & trips, participation at flagship conferences and events, amongst others.

The successful candidate will join Global Access Strategies Team in Mumbai and will be primarily responsible for Access Strategies Global stats, management and client reporting in Excel & power point.

Job Background/context:

Equities business is one of the largest and most established, both regionally and globally. Our clients include the world’s leading institutional investors and high net worth individuals and we provide these clients with value-added, independent, insightful and actionable investment advice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for periodical corporate access statistics for senior management, institutional clients and internal teams.

  • Prepare presentations for corporate access overview, sector overview, clients overview for senior management in research, sales and corporate access.

  • Analyze corporate access data to pre-empt broker votes and find out pitching opportunities.

  • Periodically review various database to find and fix gaps in various systems. Liaising with global corporate access team and technology teams to ensure system accuracy.

  • Work with internal technology team to suggest, review and test various system enhancements to enable efficient functioning of the global team.

  • Ensure system/CRM update and compliance with corporate and institutional clients’ data to ensure seamless execution of events arranged by team.

  • Work with various internal teams and institutional client’s compliance team to review MiFID II corporate access consumption, costing, invoicing and payment

  • Prepare and send various corporate access marketing emails and flyers to internal partners as well as to institutional clients.

  • Schedule 1-1 meetings for conferences while adhering to tight timelines, liaising directly with corporate & institutional investors to pull together the optimum schedules.

  • Organize bespoke & group trips globally for our premium institutional clients; liaising directly with corporate and institutional investors to build the ideal trip meeting schedule along with logistics

Skills: (Technical skills)

Essential :

  • Expert level skills in MS Excel and Vba Macros.
  • Strong MS Powerpoint skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of Cognos / Power BI.

Qualifications: (degree/certifications)

  • Recognized Bachelor’s degree in any stream (such as Commerce, Arts)
